Break up into 2 groups. Indian run up to the USA Baseball parking lot. Once at the top, Progressive B.L.I.M.P.S. across the USA Baseball parking lot.
- Trip 1 – Lunge walk to 1st island do 7 burpees, 2nd island 8 burpees, 3rd island 9 burpees, 4th island 10 burpees
- Trip 2 – Imperial walk to 1st island do 10 plank jacks, 2nd island 15 plank jacks, 3rd island 20 plank jacks, 4th island 25 plank jacks
Indian run back to the Soccer field

Line up on the red line midsection of the soccer field.
- Round 1 – Partner 1 Sprints to left end of the field Partner 2 sprints to the right end of the field.
Bear crawl to the midfield/red line and 10 X partner merkins - Round 2 – Partner 1 Sprints to left end of the field Partner 2 sprints to the right end of the field.
Crab walk to the midfield red line and 10 X partner situps. - Round 3 – Partner 1 25 mountain climbers Partner 2 sprints to the end of the soccer field then switch
