Off to the grassy area behind Senior Center & Circle Up. Good Morning, Windmill, Arm Circles, Overhead Clap. Side Straddle Hop, Imperial Walker, Steve Earle, Mnt. Climber, Absolution.

[Q NOTE: The Absolution is a simple 8 count exercise that I will continue to call at all of my Qs until all PAX present at the afore mentioned Qs knows how to do it and can perform 10 flawless reps.]

Mosey down the road to the other road. Partner up. Flat Tire: P1 does a wheelbarrow by counting 4 “steps” and 1 push up. Continue this 4:1 ration until they reach 40 steps and 10 pushups. Switch with P2 whenever tired, P2 performs his own 40:10.

Mosey to bottom of Kiosk hill. Circle Up American Hammer x20

Mosey to Amphitheater. Bear crawl up aisle, hop over benches down. Partner up. P1 crawl bear up the aisle, bench hop down while P2 holds BTTW. Flip Flop. Repeato with P1 Crab Walk and P2 Squat Hold.

Mosey to shelter. 20 reps of L/R step-ups, squats, dips, erkins. Repeato.

Mosey to Kiosk. LBC x20
