Ninety Two Percent

This was YHC’s first time out Qing Gran Torino. After studying the mess out of Google Maps the plan was set. YHC drove to up a few minutes before the normal 10min early mark YHC tries to hit, checked out the parking lot and saw the gates needed to get to where we were going today were locked soooo, change of plans!

Warm Up

Circle up for Shut-In Signature Warmup

Group up in 3s or 4s – run the entire school greenway loop Indian Run style and hit the shelter for 20 Wide Merkins, rest, 10 Wide merkins
Take another lap: 20 Merkins, rest, 10 Merksins
Take another lap: 20 Diamond Merkins, rest, 10 Diamond Merkins

Head across the street (safely) and split in to 1s and 2s.

1s run the pickle
2s quick hands (like quick feet but with your hands. many chose not to risk a busted gril and did alternating left right hand ups instead)

Head back across the street (safely) to the flag. We have 5 mins.
P1 – plank hold
P2 – 2 sprints across the lot

92% of pax who attended Gran Torino then went to coffee at Starbucks. The 2 pax that couldn’t make it, Liverpool and Thurston, shall rename nameless. Whoops.
