Thang 1
Charles Bronson. 5 rounds of 50 rep exercises followed by a 100 yard sprint, 10 hard Bear Crawl and 100 yard Mosey. Called exercise were Burpees, SSH, Merkins, LBC, Jump Squats.

Thang 2
Mosey to the soccer field, break up into 3 groups of 4. Three men hold Chill Cut Plank, fourth man jumps over them and holds plank at end. Repeat. Continue this from one side of field to the other.

Stay in groups, Indian Run to the flag
