The Warmup
- Pledge of Allegiance at the flag.
- Run out the east exit of the park down to the bank and into the dry cleaner lot for a 1 mile warmup.
- Circle up for: Good Mornings, Abe Vigoda, Runner’s Stretch, Groiner Merkins, Calf Stretch.
The Thang
- Deconstructed Wolverine 7’s: Frog UPS at the bottom, Run up the hill, 6 Merkins in the middle, Run to the Billy Run line, Star Jumps at the line, Run back to to bottom of the hill stopping in the middle for 6 more Merkins. Finish the 7’s.
- Pick up the 6.
- Mary while waiting for the 6.
- 10 Happy Jumping Spiders.
- 10 Side Plank Star Jumps.
- AYG to the flag.
