It was a beautiful morning, Mid 50s and nice and dry! Chiquita Banana and Fiddle showed up a full 1 minute early even beating a rucking Flenderson by a full 30 seconds!

Thang 1

Mosey around to the front of the church. It’s such a beautiful spot, have to do our warmups there!

  2. Calf stretches
  3. Runners stretch
  4. Hill Billys x 15
  5. Merkins
    1. Regular x 10
    2. Diamond x 10
    3. Wide grip x 10
    4. Ranger x 10
    5. Regular x 10

Puddles was not a fan of the 50 merkins. . . I promised no more arm work for a bit.

Thang 2

Mosey around the parking lot until we get back to the front of the school.

Since it’s March Madness we are going to do descending numbers of exercises to help us remember our tournament numbers. We take a victory lap after each one.

  1. 68 Teams – Squats
  2. 64 Teams – LBCs
  3. 32 Teams – Side straddle hops
  4. 16 Teams – Bobby Hurleys (floor slapping is required!)
  5. 8 Teams – Burpees
  6. 4 Teams – Captain Thors (1 Big boy x 4 cadence count american hammers)
  7. 2 Teams – Hill suicides
  8. 1 Team – Bear crawl up the hill

Smithers went extra far for extra credit. The points mean nothing though of course

Thang 3

Mosey to the steps and we are going to do 7s.

  1. 6 Dips in cadence at the top on the wall
  2. 1 Star jump at the bottom
  3. Repeato

Mary!

Mosey back to the flag and do some Mary until time is up.
