5:45 Mosey to the parking lot near the shelter. Circle up for Good Mornings, Arm Circles, Steve Earles, SSH, Mnt Climbers.

Grab a cinder block and mosey to the far end of the parking lot for 10x Block Curls; Block Shoulder Presses. Hold Chair Pose for an uncomfortable amount of time.

Mosey to playground for 10x pullups and Merkins and hold Superman for an uncomfortable amount of time.

Mosey to shelter for 10x box jumps, dips and hold chill-cut plank for an uncomfortable amount of time.

Mosey back to blocks for 15x Block Curls; Block Shoulder Presses. Hold Chair Pose for an uncomfortable amount of time.

Mosey to playground for 15x pullups and Merkins and hold Superman for an uncomfortable amount of time.

Mosey to shelter for 15x box jumps, dips and hold chill-cut plank for an uncomfortable amount of time.

Mosey to playground for 20x pullups and Merkins and hold Superman for an uncomfortable amount of time.
