- Chasing Esau: Partner 1 drops for 1 My Favorite Burpee while Partner 2 runs around the traffic circle. Partner 1 runs to catch Partner 2. Flap Jack. Increase the number of My Favorite Burpees one at a time up to 7.
- Chasing Esau 2: Partner 1 drops for 7 LBCs IC while Partner 2 runs around the traffic circle. Partner 1 runs to catch Partner 2. Flap Jack. Decrease the number of LBCs IC one at a time down to 1.
- Run down Andy Hill, up and around ending back at the flag, stopping to complete 100 Freddie Mercuries along the way.
