Pre-Blast

  • 7 for 7’s at A-Team
  • 1 for EC

The Warmup

  • Pledge of Allegiance at the flag.
  • Form small groups of 3/4. Small Group Indian Run to the back lot by the circle.
  • Circle up for: GM, WM, 10 Penalty Burpees, LBC, Wide Grip Merkins.

The Thang

  • Small Group Indian Run 7’s: Small Group Indian Run to the top of the hill on the way to the flag, Burpees at the top; Small Group Indian Run back to the circle, Burpees at the bottom. Complete the 7s together.
  • Do the last set together.
  • Mosey to the top lot.

Mary

  • Without putting your feet down, perform 10 each LSF, HD, LSF, HD, LBC, FM, LBC, FM
