Best Work Out of the Year (so far)

YHC pulled into the parking lot at Apex Community Park bracing for the cold, but as soon as I got out of the car my heart was warmed by the sight of so many of my brothers, smiling and excited to get after it despite the bitter temperature. Warm-Up Mosey over to the gravel parking lot at the top of The Hill and circle up for Side straddle hops x 20 [Read More]

Q Swap

QIC: Boyardee, Yanni BB Author: Yanni If you roll up to any F3 AO, whether it be in your region, a neighboring region, or in another state, you can be assured that you will be greeted with the same open arms and fist bumps. The men of Dante’s Peak welcomed YHC and Boyardee with great enthusiasm and smiling faces. YHC and @mabellcarpex met a week earlier at The Earl in Pittsboro and like all F3 encounters, hit it off immediately and hatched a plan. [Read More]

Disco Wolverine

Seven PAX met in the gloom at the gloomiest AO in Carpex, but YHC was hoping for even numbers so we could partner up. At the last minute there’s Napster, coming in hot. Let’s roll. The Thang Mosey over to the front of the school and partner up (made sure we put the two guys recovering from the Carpex Crud together) for Dora 1-2-3. [Read More]

I am thankful & I am third

In an effort to add a few more Q’s to YHC’s list before the end of the year, YHC locked in on Thanksgiving morning at Bradford’s Ordinary a few months ago, only to later find out that it would be a Carpex Convergence… and 60-minutes at that. Have not fear PAX, YHC is up to the task and set forth to drop not only a beatdown on the you, but hopefully an impactful post, thus the theme of I am third. [Read More]

Themopylae: “With it or on it...”

Spartan’s VQ. (Disclaimer: This BB was authored solely by Spartan, posted by Texas Ranger who was set to be co-Q but Spartan didn’t need me!) 12 PAX showed up for an adventure to overcome 5 grueling days full of upper body and ab related trials. Good mumble chatter and an upbeat mood as all gathered for brief warmups, and with no FNGs this morning, the PAX proceeded directly to the Hot Gates with their shields (coupons) in tow for three rounds each of: [Read More]

Crowdsourcing Fail

You may have noticed yesterday that YHC began taking requests for this morning’s workout. And you may have seen a couple of our brethren putting some requests in. What you wouldn’t have seen is almost any of those requestors actually post at A-Team this morning. Instead, they either fartsacked, or Q’d at other sites. To you, fine gentlemen, know that the PAX loquaciously besmirched your name. YHC, on the other hand, just did exactly as he said. [Read More]
