Q Week: Day 1 Winterfell Recon

This week marks the one year anniversary of YHCs first posting with F3, and as such I am marking it with 5 Qs in 5 Days. Run/Walk

YHC and Crimson haven’t be able to go to the same workouts very often since YHC has been running more and Crimson was recovering from some knee trouble. The Island Hopping Switchahoo

Wahoo got a little over zealous training for the BRR and hurt his foot. He asked that I swap Q’s for Point Break with him (3/4 for 3/11). Since it was about time to shave my winter beard, I decided there was no need to update the Q sheet. I borrowed Wahoo’s shirt with “Wahoo’s Fish Tacos” on it and showed up. Hell's Bells Baseball

Inspiration for this workout came from the exicon. Wahoo once said that F3 is like recess, and I really enjoyed the competitive nature of F3 baseball. Burpees, Bears, and Blocks! Oh my!

For my VQ, I thought it best to combine some of my least and therefore most memorable workouts over my last six months in F3. The two Q’s who I got the most from was Banjo and Wahoo. These two Q’s provided the inspiration for burpees and blocks. Horseshoes

Overnight storms left the Ritter Park area wet and slippery, let’s see if we can make it through the beatdown with no injuries. Warm-Up Mosey across Kildaire Farm Road to the Retail Section and circle up for Good Mornings, imperial walkers, Sir Fazios, copperhead squats, copperhead merkins and three slippery mountain climbers. The Thang Mosey down to the greenway, through the tunnel and up to the top of the ramp. The lucky number of nails in a horseshoe is seven, so we’ll make seven horseshoes. [Read More]
