No Themes - Let's Go To Work

No Themes - Let’s Go To Work With all of the themed workouts going on lately, YHC wanted to get back to basics. PAX circled around the flag for a Pledge of Allegiance. The PAX were then directed to look up at the cross on top of the Sovereign Grace Church. This vantage point is humbling and serves as a reminder to the price Christ paid for us. We are truly blessed to be able to do what we do. #mccantsweek - Day 6 - BLAZE OF GLORY

If you don’t have Bon Jovi playing right this minute. Stop reading. Queue it up. Crank it up. Crack one. I woke up this morning and I raised my weary head. I’m a devil on the run. Thrown out of school for bringing a six pack and two guns. Well they tell me I’m wanted, yeah, I’m a wanted. And when I’m shot down, I’ll be shot down in a MF blaze of glory. [Read More]

Everyone grabbed a cinder block and fast walked from the lower parking lot to the upper parking lot. [Read More]

The Games We Play

With Tour de Carpex in full swing, you just never know what kind of crowd you’re going to see. So I was pleasantly surprised when the cars kept rolling in and the PAX kept rolling out, including a nice group from Raleigh. Of course this also means the mumble chatter will be on high, but nothing YHC couldn’t take care of with a little beatdown. So after I greeted our FNG (Welcome Fiddler) we were off with a short josey over to the baseball field. [Read More]
