With the Carpex Christmas Party coming up this evening YHC thought it’d be good to work those bellies. Temps were a bit chilly and ice was abound but 15 pax skated right through the beatdown. We started with 12, then Two Factor arrived during warm up, then Khakis arrived later in the warmup, then finally McIlroy during the first Thang. Roll into the Sovereign Grace Church parking lot and there’s already a lot of activity. Some of the PAX are finishing up their EC pull-ups, and we’ve got a clown car from South Wake. YHC has just enough time to place cones in the parking lot, and it’s time to go. After returning home from the Oak City Recovery Run Club block party on Tuesday night, I sat with the M watching the Bachelor Winter Games (because I suppose that’s more entertaining than the quadrennial actual winter games), looking at a map of Bond Park, and perusing the exicon and this fine F3 nation page.
