Welcome back Iron PAX

For YHC’s first Q in 2020, why not make it the premiere 90 minute workout on a Saturday in north west Cary? I decided I wanted to stay on campus and use coupons for the beat down. Then I remembered there were supposed to be cinder blocks hidden somewhere on site and thought of how many of the Iron PAX challenge workouts had used a block so there was my plan. [Read More]

The Lord Provides

The last few weeks at Hell’s Bells has been great as we’ve been pushing 20+ PAX several times. The issue this creates is we are always on the edge of having enough bells, and the site Q’s (Lindy and I) are working on getter more bells (Send Money to Lindy’s Venmo @Joeldangerfield if you can help, $5 goes a long way). Fortunately, the Lord always provides, this time in the form of cinder blocks. [Read More]

The Switcheroo

Not going to pretend that I wasn’t a little excited about this day. Today was my 1 year anniversary of my first post with F3, right here at Dante’s Peak. A couple weeks prior Parker messaged me about this week as it was his 40th birthday last year for my first post. So we decided to keep it quiet, leave him on the Q Sheet, and pull the switcheroo on the Pax that I would be leading the beat down for the morning. [Read More]

Coming in Hot

Numbers always start declining a bit once the temps dip down, and the last couple weeks have been no exception. However, YHC had pre-blasted that we’d stay warm at Dazed and Confused today, despite a reading of 25 on the Steve. So, at 05:28 there are 16 PAX bouncing around - maybe in anticipation, maybe just trying to stay warm. At 05:29, YHC’s long awaited FNG rolls in on 2 wheels, having already been warned that we don’t tolerate being tardy. [Read More]

Putting the B in Burpee, and Other B Words

I never know exactly how many PAX are boot-camping and how many are Vespering, but there were 20+ gathered at Bond Park expecting some sort of exercise routine. Warm Up A couple laps around the pickle to get the gams loose. Do the Pledge and recite the F3 Mission, circle up for SSHs, Sir Fazio forward and back, Seal claps, Steve Earles, Plank Jacks, and CFMs. The Thang Mosey down to the end of Maury O’Dell, hang a right and go to the nicely lit parking lot adjacent to fields 5/6/7. Thank you for your [Carpex] leadership [challenge]

Here’s a dang shame, but one I’m HIM enough to admit: it took me until this morning to post at Hells Bells, and I showed up to check a box for the Carpex leadership challenge. But in the process, I fell in love with one of the finest got danged AO’s in all of Carpex. Seriously, this place is the cat’s PJs. YHC, Snots and Yahoo… or was it Wahoo… I never know… took off for some EC. [Read More]

Winter is Coming

But it’s not here yet! After 2 years of F3 I speak from experience when I say 28 degrees in not that cold. It may be colder than any morning in the last seven months but it’s not cold enough to be used as an excuse. 7 extraordinary pax left the comfy confines of their homes to experience the best 90 minute bootcamp AO in Carpex. Disclaimer, Pledge, Follow Me. [Read More]
