YHC Q last Friday at DAC. That was almost a week ago, but here goes!
Group of 8 PAX gathered at Apex Community Park eagerly anticipating a Sooey Q (hey it was last week!).
YHC forgot the Pledge, there was no flag. And we were off at 5:30 sharp.
Mosey to the normal warm up spot for some warm up.
Mosey to the large shelter for a routine of Step ups, Urkins, and Dips.

The Thang
- Partner up for Catch me if you can with burpees
- Partner 1 did 5 burpees to start
- continued for 2 laps around trail/ path around the fields
- Reduce down to 4 burpees for 1 lap
- Then 3 burpees for 1 lap
- Then 2 burpees for 1 lap
- Running short on time for the last one so we split in 2 groups for a Washington run back to skate park for Mary

18 PAX gathered at the most senior of all CARPEX Monday AOs to help YHC commemorate the completion of my 45th orbit. Hotspot expressed his pre-event concerns about the contents of the Q sheet, but said “at least you didn’t bring your stinkin’ speaker.” Oh, you mean the speaker sitting over by the light pole? Yeah. Good thing.
For now, the speaker was to belt out some 1975 tunes. Not necessarily hits, but all 1975 releases.

Well, another great day with the Bounty Hunters is in the books! YHC made sure to get there early, as I had to set up for an elaborate plan I had working for the latter half of the beatdown. More on that later. Back at the starting point, the 4 pax doing the Apex Hill runs were already long gone, which brought the Pax number for the bootcamp to 11! Confirming there were no FNGs, we did the Pledge, and then we were off and running down Hunter St!

Mama’s Boy shared a silly song on being stranded without TP, and also the proper technique for disposing of waste if one finds himself high up on mountain rock with nowhere to dig: either pack it out or smear thinly.
