No counting; Unauthorized Homer to Marge; Gates...it's banana land.

This Guy! and Michelob, Largemouth and Chanticleer for a little EC run. Hey look, 5 other HIM. Let’s workout. Mosey over the church parking lot. Some agility drills along the way, then circle up. **Warm-Up **Good Morning, Windmill, Steve Earle, SSH, Mnt. "It's as easy as ABC..."

So YHC had been on the Q sheet for SNS for a while now, before AOs started to close and practically all of F3 had shut down. Without still attending “F3” workouts, I know I would go to a bad place of staying up late, eating like garbage, and worst of all, not working out. So might as well still show up and see if anyone else does too. Low and behold, upon pulling in the parking lot there stands 3 other Pax and some runners cruising around the parking lot of the Bond Park Senior Center. [Read More]

Fancy Meeting You Here

Here is the account of the off-the-books, unofficial, not-F3 Bounty Hunters workout from March 26, 2020. It was such a coincidence that YHC bumped into Schlitz and Compound W right where we would normally meet, at 0530, in the expansive domain otherwise known as Hunter Street Park. We were looking for Hanson, who may have mentioned something about running and doing Merkins. There were also some ladies there, presumably doing a NOT-FiA workout. [Read More]

B.L.I.M.P.S./B.Y.O.C.&C.

YHC and Largemouth for 5.2 miles at a conversational 7:30 pace. Don’t worry everybody, we figured it all out. Franklin, Badlands & Sooey for a crowd control 5 mile run of their own. 8 socially-distant PAX set out for a traveling warm-up **Warm-UP **Moseying from the flag to the baseball field parking lot we stopped along the way for Good Mornings, Windmill, Steve Earles, SSH, and Mnt. Climbers. **Thang One [Read More]

Keep Calm and Carry On

YHC checked the Q sheet Thursday and no Q had signed up. I was supposed to be out of state this weekend, but those plans got canceled, of course. So, I picked up the Q. Warm-up: We started with the pledge, then 8 boot campers separated off from 4 bruisers / ruckers. We ran from the flag to the kiosk in Bond Park for a little warm-up, basically just stretching with some good mornings, calf-stretch, and arm circles. [Read More]

Pre long run, Murph-esque Dora with extra stretching and an attempt at F3 art

It feels as though it’s been a little while since YHC has Qed a workout. There was a little stumbling with order of events, but all in all, I think the PAX received a decent beat down. With what was supposed to be the Tobacco Road 1/2 and full marathons scheduled for this Sunday which is now the new and improved OTB TRM, the original plan was adhered to with no lower body exercises while trying to get the training plan’s 2 miles. A Year Goes By Fast

A little over a year ago, YHC was talking with our awesome 1st F Qs about a new Wednesday workout. Numbers were problematic across all the AOs, and I had some ideas about where might be a good place to launch. We talked about a number of options, and through those conversations I learned another PAX was interested in the same thing. To this point, I didn’t know Sour Mash very well - 99% sure that this was my fault. [Read More]

Remember the Alamo

The Alamo fell on March 6, 1836 after a 13 day seige. To commemorate the anniversary of the day, 16 PAX remembered the Alamo. We started with the Pledge and then moseyed in pairs up the road to the top of the parking garage where we circled up. Warm up - 13 reps of SSH, Hill Billy, Arm circles, plank jacks, merkins. Thang 1: The Blockade Runner relay with two lines down the length of the parking lot. [Read More]

Triple scoop of Dora-tabata

17 Pax decided to Q shop and ended up at the POGL’s finest downtown AO, Disturbing the Peace this morning. YHC stayed up way too late last night finalizing my plans for the Q today. It was planned out to the minute. No fng’s and not a minute to spare, time for the pain. Quick mosey to the church parking lot to warm up. This was timed. SSH’s, good mornings, sir fazio, calf stretch and runner stretch. [Read More]

A Circle, 10 guys, and some toys. (no that doesn't sound right. Where is the delete key on this thing? What does this blue button do?)

EC run with Wonderbread & YHC Because I know it is loved by so many, I dusted off the home gym equipment and trucked it on over to Claymore for another round of that circle workout that still needs a really cool name. It couldn’t have worked out any better today. I had 10 stations, 10 guys and a cool new Tabata clock app on my “brand new” iPhone 7. [Read More]
