22 men decided to start their week off right at Wolverine, where we attempted to force our collective Garmin watches to register some anaerobic benefit of a workout while logging few miles for my recently-post-long-run knees. Going the distance

Gran Torino has become one of my favorite AOs. It draws a wide variety of pax, and those that come are tough customers. Today was no exception. The Indy 500

Preamble YHC was thinking about what to do when a post on some social media site or another fell into my lap talking about the Indy 500, something someone from Indianapolis had brought to the PAX to Minneapolis. Welcome back Iron PAX

For YHC’s first Q in 2020, why not make it the premiere 90 minute workout on a Saturday in north west Cary? I decided I wanted to stay on campus and use coupons for the beat down.
