It’s a good day when you can get 14 HIMs posting to an AO when the temps dip below 0 C. That was the case this morning, so will need to keep moving.
Warm Up Following the the standard disclaimer and signing of release forms, mosey to the parking lot at the baseball field. Standard warm up consisting of SSHs, Good Mornings, Steve Earles, Sir Fazio arm circles, Grundle stretch, calf stretch, and 25 Merkins.

Killa Beez
Taking the Bounty Hunters creed for the first time so I had to show up strong, right? Harnessing inspiration from a few classic Wu-Tang Clan songs and some old IronPAX legendary exercises, I crafted together 45 minutes of what I hoped would be a challenge for the PAX. To add icing to the cake, quite a few of those in attendance were already complaining about what Triple Lindy did to their rear-ends the day before.

Date: 12/15/2020
PAX: Cauliflower, Full House, One Four, Poncherello, Reentry, Riptide, Shoe Horn, WWW
Doubling down in the Quest for 8 Q challenge. I wanted to continue the challenge and ensure the PAX got their moneys worth. I decided on the Dez of Pain and no better place to do it than in the parking deck.
I’m always glad to see the HIMs out there who want to continue the work on making their body strong.

Is it Gran Torino or Grand Torino?
So admittedly in my mind I always think Gran Torino is Grand Torino. I have no idea why? Perhaps just a by-product of a quality PA public school education? Anyway, the quest to complete as much of the Carpex challenge as possible continued this morning at GT. While YHC has been battling an injury as of late, the doc said I couldn’t do anymore damage and I started out the week with a few 5 mile days, so why not just grab that open GT Q spot for another box checked.

The People's Champion
Davis Drive park has got to be one of the darkest places in an otherwise bright and somewhat beige world of Cary. Wait, is this where the Beige Bros got their name? Nevermind, I digress. It’s dark at Wolverine. Not too dark to know where to do pull-ups before the witching hour of 0530. It’s a busy Monday, with 17 PAX making the journey this morning. No FNGs, so a very abbreviated disclaimer was given.

Coffee's for Closers or Coffee's Closer?
Even as I type this back blast, Prodigal is still doing LBCs…
For quite some time now, my Tuesday morning coffeeteria involves driving from Disturbing the Peace in downtown Apex to WZ by Full Metal Jacket and joining up with the already established fellowship taking place. It’s hard breaking into that camping chair circle when you arrive late, so the only way to beat ‘em, is to join ‘em. Not to mention, I drive by FMJ just to get to DTP, so when Orphan threw out the bat signal for people to step up and Q, it was a no brainer.

A Well Balanced Beatdown
The Green Mile is a great location to meet up in the gloom and workout. Though, with it being one of the longest, I felt it could be one of the more challenging bootcamps to lead, especially when the factor of heat is brought into the equation. So YHC considered it a great honor to come out and Q it, and one that I took very seriously. The weather started out very nice, and stayed nice really through the entire time!
