Hermes 3rd f3aversary. Danger Zone. A perfect 43 degrees. Full moon. What’s not to love? 13 of the strongest ever to grace the Carpex gloom showed up to keep Danger Zone great. Former site Qs such as Burt, Largemouth, and Callahan were not among them.
Warmup 1½ times around the original pickle and circle up for an arm circle variety pack - regular, overhead, out front. Mumblechatter may have been at an all-time high at this point.

Tobacco Road Aftermath
15 HIM gathered under starlit skies to welcome the new week. 5 of us were (are) recovering from either running or rucking the Tobacco Road Half Marathon, so YHC had a special recovery edition planned. The theme featured plenty of Broga to loosen us up, and a few traditional bootcamp moves to keep everything moving.
Round up the PAX for the pledge (YHC was a little disoriented but eventually got redirected to the flag…)

Crikey, Nothing Like a Pre-Brekky Beatdown!
Nature Boy and Hi-Liter posing after the beatdown.
It was an anxious crowd (or maybe an anxious Q for his first full beatdown Q) at Field of Dreams this morning, excited to see what was in store down in the gloom.
Warm Up:

Quick mosey to the first lot, pick up the 6, circle up with side straddle hop, and your standard merkin Mosey uphill to the next parking lot, once again get the 6, side straddle hop, and wide grip merkins One more fast mosey to the last parking lot for more side straddle hop, and the diamond merkin.

For Which It Stands
No shovel flag this morning, but there was a flag draped over a tree limb, so we pledged allegiance to it and then we were off.
Warm-Up Mosey almost all the way around the pickle and circle up for side straddle hops, imperial walkers, cotton pickers, Sir Fazios (all in perfect cadence) and then Nature Boy led us in the loudest Good Mornings ever.
The Thang Mosey out of the park, take a right and head over to the office park next door.

Get Off My Lawn
Disclaimer, this is NOT a GT backblast.
This was the first Q that I signed up for in 2019 because 2/14 has always been a notable day for me in F3. More in the NMS.
YHC cruised in post-recon with a minute to spare. Scooped up the PAX after determining that the mustachioed Puck was NOT an FNG, and headed out with the most non-compliant of disclaimers: “My name is Jigglypuff, and I’ve been doing this ish for 2 years.

Supercharged, modified and sliding at FOD
A nice morning at FOD. 27 PAX made there way to west Cary to celebrate Liverpool turning 50 and earning the title of RESPECT. Just because he is now with us in the 50’s doesn’t mean he gets an easy workout. All came ready to have some fun and be challenged.

All the lamp-posts
For some PAX, variety is the spice of life. They head out on grand adventures of Q swapping and comb the exicon for new and utterly ridiculous things to do to the human body. However, some of us prefer reliable and routine - like FOD with Beaker at the helm. It is kind of like an old pair of blue jeans. Simple. You know the pair…it has your wallet imprinted in the back right pocket and the threads are worn down where you knife goes in.
