Welcome To Camp Frisco

It was a glorious day at Camp Frisco…uh, Bounty Hunters. 56 PAX showed up ready to work. I realized however that Hi-Liter, Pet Sounds, and Red Ryder were probably alone at their sites. After a few rounds of Rock-Paper-Scissors (and two recounts demanded by Cool Beans–TYFYL) 33 PAX were shipped off to other AOs. 20 Pax hit up the Naturest of all Parks in Apex for a Friday morning beatdown. YHC pre-blasted that we’d be using the pull-up bars and the turf. Spartan Training #1 at A Team

Date: 4/30/2019 QIC: Parker YHC signed up for the Asheville Spartan Super later this summer, following in the footsteps of Build-a-Bear, GTL, Malpractice, Spartan, and I’m sure a bunch of other PAX who enjoy this sort of thing. BaB just keeps telling YHC to work on grip strength, so that’s what we set out to do today at A-Team. 15 PAX gathered at the gate, disclaimer and F3 mission statement given, Pledge said, and off we go. It was a beautiful morning for a workout! There were no FNGs. Nonetheless, the mission, disclaimer, and pledge were recited. We started with a short run from the skate park to the parking lot in front of the baseball field for some warm-ups.
