Frisco FOMO

YHC and site Q had the pleasure of leading the group on the last Hells Bells of 2019. By the end of this week it will be my 1 year anniversary with F3. I couldn’t thank this group enough for how much this has meant to me to be a part of Carpex. With my 1.0 in town for Christmas and a member of F3 Cleveland, I knew I had to bring my A game this morning. [Read More]

Asking Forgiveness, Not Permission

15 PAX gathered in the sub-freezing temps at Hunter Street park, not aware of the history that would be made today. Yes, there was some vague talk of an unprecedented event to occur here, but gotta keep em guessing. Right? 12 Days of Schlitz-mas

Are you looking at my Weinke? 20 HIMs were kind enough to show up on this glorious day to see what YHC had in store for them. Full disclosure, I signed up for this Q before this AO went high tempo and really just to get that Q-zie. Parker mentioned last week that his wife was Qing at FIA and doing the 12 days of Christmas as a theme for her workout and that sounded like a great idea so let’s go! [Read More]

Excuse Us

I knew the site-Qs were beginning to sweat as YHC rolled in with about 45 seconds to spare. I have a morning route and was running a touch behind even though I had already been awake for 50 minutes. Alas, 25 pax had gathered and were eager for a challenge as the clock read “Go time”. Disclaimer, Pledge of Allegiance, Follow Me. Warm-up: Mosey around the soccer and baseball field then back to skateboard park for some exercises. [Read More]

Straight Vanilla

14 showed up for a very sticky Thursday morning at Olive Chapel Elementary. 3 for EC runs, 1 for ECP, maybe a couple others I didn’t get sorry if I missed you. And it finally happened, Wake Zone right across the street opened! Let’s Get Started Disclaimer - I am not a professional, F3 has no assets, but our golf tournament apparently has a war chest that you might be able to raid Pledge of allegiance There will be no theme, just running and doing stuff. What are these Bells for anyway?

YHC did something a bit unusual and decided to Q a Kettle bell workout today. This one required some prep work and I hit the ground at the newest of locations for Hells Bells and was greeted with 24 brave souls. My ride for the day (or really for most days) Nature Boy was a bit delingquent today so Earhart was really sweatting whether or not we would make it. We did - three minutes to spare - no problem.
