Fuzzy Math

After traveling throughout the greater Cary/Apex metropolitan region for much of July, it was good to get back to some home turf and get 10 more minutes of sleep. Apparently Hi-Liter got 10 more minutes of sleep as well. One year ago, Parker dragged me out before daybreak to FOD and I haven’t looked back. So it was time to bring the original Bogo shoes out of retirement for the 1-year Bogoversary. #mccantsweek - Day 6 - BLAZE OF GLORY

If you don’t have Bon Jovi playing right this minute. Stop reading. Queue it up. Crank it up. Crack one. I woke up this morning and I raised my weary head. I’m a devil on the run. As everyone was showing up, I started counting and we ended up with a total of 18 HIMs ready for a workout. I started to panic because the original workout I devised was for about our average 6-10 HIMs. [Read More]
