I checked the Steve forecast and low and behold, he was blasting out 28 degrees but dry. Beautiful morning for a workout in the gloom.
Once all the PAX arrived and 0530 hit, I called out some test questions (Mission, Core Values, and Credo) and we recited the Pledge of Allegiance. We headed out for a light mosey around the pickle and back to the flag to circle up for warm-up.

YHC was excited to serve up a post Super Bowl beatdown this morning at Hells Bells. Although I have not Q’d this workout in a while (actually I haven’t put my name on the Q sheet much at all over the past few years, but that will change for 2020) I was looking forward to giving the PAX something to do on this fine Monday morning.

A great start
I’ll be the first to admit that I did loose some sleep night before, I did end up rewriting my workout ideas multiple times, I did have some anxiety. And once we got rolling that morning I did suffer a bit from my winke. Mumble chatter was prominent, for certain. But I was warned. Despite all that after all was said and done it sure did feel good. What a great start.

Rush Hour Racoon
Backblast for my VQ, so I guess this is my VBB. As I was reviewing the extensive F3 Exicon for exercises/routines for my VQ, I saw the Racoon Crawl. I knew I had to incorporate that into the Q. So the whole Q was built around doing that exercise. There are a lot of animal crawls, walks, etc. That’s for another Q.

Ropes and a tire.
When Wrench announced he couldn’t keep his tire at his new house and wanted to see if we could stash it somewhere, I jumped on this chance to get it. I want this tire. We made arrangements to get it to Hells Bells and with no Q on the sheet for the week, YHC threw his own name up there to get the first chance with the tire.
So 22 HIMS showed up this morning, no fngs.

Bad News...
McCants posted last night on slack that he had some bad news. He was down with a bug and needed someone to step up and take his Phoenix Q this morning. Well, it was really bad news for the PAX to give YHC the trifecta to have three Qs in a row to celebrate 3 years of F3.

Back in 2016, I decided to go to the gym the week after Christmas. Be committed and show up BEFORE all those people that start in January. I was on a mission to be less chubby and more healthy. Spin class two days a week. That was the answer! But Lifetime didn’t offer a morning class on Fridays at the Apex gym. Crimson had been pressuring nagging encouraging me to try his new workout group F3.
