Yep the weather app stated 11 degrees. At 6:40 a.m. YHC waited for next door neighbor @f3pierogi to emerge. Nothing. Damnation, he fartsacked on his own neighbor. That’s when YHC should have gone into his garage, utilizing Pierogi’s obvious garage code “TCUrulz”, to confiscate all his homebrew. But YHC didn’t. Instead moseyed/slid a couple of blocks to DZ. This morning kicked off YHC’s 3 year anniversary Q3. 11 pax, 1.1 inches of snow, and 22 eyes rolled by Ms at 0500. So yeah…On 1/5/2015 at A-Team a young buck took to the gloom. The workout was tough, one guy talked A LOT, one had great hair, one had a doorag, and one had a dog with 3 legs. Twas a gloomy morning with rain in sight. 50 degrees. Cloudy YHC had just finished the EC Insomnia run with Flip Flop and Shut-IN. Pre-BB Men, YHC and my M, Leah, had an absolute BLAST at the Christmas Party last night. Leah really enjoyed herself and loved meeting many of your M’s. She commented on the way home about how kind, outgoing, funny, and fun-loving everyone seemed to be. 12/6/2017 Warm Up 23 PAX took off for SNS while 6 departed for Vesper. Mosey to the intersection for a selection of SSH, Imperial Walkers, slow/fast high knees to warm up the legs. Thang 1: Community Center Parking lot Count off into three groups for No-Man-Left-Behind Burpee 100. Group 1 starts doing burpees at stop sign entering parking lot.
