Take My Breath Away

You know what makes a Q feel good? When that special someone says at the end of the workout, “That might have been the hardest workout I’ve ever done.” It really takes your breath away. Thanks Tubeless. 12 PAX gathered in the “snow"crest parking lot of Salem Park, whose students get to enjoy quite possibly the most ridiculous two hour delay ever, awaiting this so called “Lap of Pain” YHC promised. 1/27/17

15 PAX joined me this morning to celebrate my 1-year F3 Anniversary. One year ago, my good friend Crimson convinced me to be ready to go at 5:15 am for a workout on a cold January morning. When I arrived at Dante’s Peak, I was overwhelmed with new people with funny nicknames including our Q (which I eventually figured out was the leader) named Hotspot. I don’t remember what all we did that morning other than bear crawl the bridge at DP but I thought there was no way I’d be back much less lead a workout. [Read More]

Well there were about 8 or 9 HC’s on the Slack channel for the pre-blasts. Turns out we had 23 run the 10.7 miles for The Maynard or as our Nantan apparently wants to call it: The May May. We also had 1 legendary servant leader: Shut-in volunteering to wash our feet, I mean serve as our course manager/swag waggon/emotional support/cooler retriever/safety official/cheerleader/mentor/and all around High Impact Man! If you are not sharpened by his Iron then you are doing it wrong. [Read More]

Stairway to 11's ReMastered Edition

I swear I signed up to Q on a warmer day!? Warm up: Fellowship mosey behind the Vesper Crew. I was secretly hoping to follow them to the park entrance/exit to see if I got any “excited” mumble-chatter. 40 Year-Old Virgin Q

June 2nd, 2017, YHC is having an early afternoon HH (I know you’re all shocked!) with a few old friends, when one of them says “Hey, what are you doing tomorrow morning?”. Of course, I was planning to do what I always do on Saturday mornings, sleep! This Saturday would be different. I woke up at 6 am…and hit the snooze. Woke up again at 6:20 and this time I managed to get myself out of bed. [Read More]

It was unanimous that NO ONE wanted Tecumseh’s 60 lb or 80 lb sand bags. [Read More]

I am thankful & I am third

In an effort to add a few more Q’s to YHC’s list before the end of the year, YHC locked in on Thanksgiving morning at Bradford’s Ordinary a few months ago, only to later find out that it would be a Carpex Convergence… and 60-minutes at that. Have not fear PAX, YHC is up to the task and set forth to drop not only a beatdown on the you, but hopefully an impactful post, thus the theme of I am third. [Read More]
