YHC rolled into Thomas Brooks park a little early to knock out some EC pull-ups. It’s not much of a thing here, but eventually several PAX joined in once they realized that pull-ups can be done at the shelter by the soccer fields. Good news, we’ll be back here eventually. With pull-ups done and the time drawing nigh, we joined the PAX circling up in the normal FOD starting spot. One issue - no flag.

Bad Strava Art
The idea was to take a crack at Strava art but looking over the map all I saw were veins. So that’s what we did.
FNG One Direction found us online and jumped in for some high tempo fun.
Thang: Every culdesac we did a ladder of hand release merkins.
A Beautiful Mind
It was a beautiful morning for work out that scored a 9/10 on the Cataract’s Scale of Workouts. I am truly humbled by that score and will strive for the perfect score soon.
25 HIMs showed up for a fun time at the Peak of Good Living’s best down town park.
When I start thinking about the workouts I want to put together, the stream of thoughts that sends me down these random paths of connections.

Bartmanniversary IV
23 PAX turned out this fine morning to help YHC celebrate four years of gloom. That’s right, this week marks 48 months of getting after it, and it’s as if A-Team hasn’t changed a bit. PAX in the low 20’s, rain more often than it should, and a bunch of go-getters ready to hit it. A 2-mile EC led by Disco was the perfect apertif.
Mosey to the front parking lot and circle up.

Running in Circles, Picking up Rocks
19 men showed up for some calisthenics at Field of Dreams. What’s there to say?… We did lots of circles around the parking lot. All told, we covered a little over two miles. We also did some creative rock exercises and debated the proper way to do a Dying Cockroach (the Q’s way was correct). And most importantly, we met an FNG. Welcome Kung Pao!
