Pre-measure... then measure twice

Looking up stretches and yoga exercises last night, I realized that more “experts” (read: Runners World and similar publications) suggest that one should stretch BEFORE a run as much as AFTER. Yes with Measure Twice (and pretty much all other F3 workouts) what little stretching happens, happens after. Blood Doping (legally)

Ahh, Thursday nights since this COVID-19 started. Normally a night reserved for playing poker at my friend’s house, but we’ve been doing it differently. Now we all stay home and play against each other on an online platform, plus with use a separate laptop to Zoom in so we can physically see each other and talk trash. I’m really disturbed by this Garmin outage. So apparently, Garmin has been the victim of a ransomware attack. My workout is not showing up on my Garmin Connect app, and isn’t on Strava either. Measuring 2x with Music

Music has always been a core part of my life. Piano lessons starting at age 6, leading high school youth group on guitar, dancing like a fiend at Phish shows, and most recently mountain biking at Lake Crabtree classic rock (thanks to Road Rash for the tip).
