Seeing an open Q at Rush Hour Tuesday afternoon, I had a chance to squeeze in a workout between work at work and work at home. As you know, I lean toward covering some ground. TOC has some real estate that I hadn’t seen before, so a consult of Google Maps helped me plot a course. [Read More]

Traffic Jam

YHC had intentions of bringing a whole BRR team to Rush Hour to show them Cary by daylight. This was to coincide with a “scheduled” team meeting to occur later in the evening. I talked a big game, told Banjo we’d have a HUGE turnout. Turns out we couldn’t all be present, so it was cancelled. Leaving me bringing…me. Anywho-I arrived a few minutes early, to check how many ramps were in the parking deck. [Read More]

Gloomless

A Pax of 5 for a gloomless F3 Class. Welcome FNG - Gala. The Rush-Hour name of this “Class” or AO or Workout or meet up or whatever we call this thing that is the 1st F is absolutely perfect. This was my first post and Q at this workout (M and 2.0’s are at the beach for spring break). It is a completely different atmosphere than a typical 0545 workout. [Read More]
