YHC picked up the Q slot for Bounty Hunters and did not have much of a plan so let’s just roll with the basics. A solid group of 9, no wait 10 PAX were off at 5:30 sharp towards Thales.

Side note: Frisco first posted at BH in May 2018. YHC had a HC that Frisco was going to attend this morning so a repeat of his first day at Carpex was planned over at Thales. However, he did not show up. Some excuse about work. I donno.

Warm Up

Jog 30 feet to the top of the parking lot.

Thing 1:

  • Dora 1-2-3 (pretty vanilla)
  • 100 Star Jumps, 200 LBCs, 300 Squats
  • Partner jogs to the dumpster and back

Thing 2

  • Catch me if you can with your partner back to the flag
  • Take the high side of the track
  • 5 Merkins each swap

Thing 3

  • 4 corner BLIMPS on the soccer field following the blue lines
  • 5 x Burpees each corner
  • Lunge short sides of the field and 10 x Imperial Walkers
  • 15 x Monkey Humpers (or Merkins)
  • 20 x Plank Jacks
  • 25 x SSHs

Thing 4

Quick Bear Crawl from goal line to 18 yard line and back, just for fun
