This being Day 1 of the Blue Ridge Relays, our regular contingent of fleet-footed HIM’s eagerly conquering the mountains of NC, YHC decided on a limited run abs-centric loop around the park.  Five eager HIM’s joined for another humid late summer morning.

Warm-Up

Short mosey, circle up. Good Mornings, Windmills, SSH’s,  Calf Stretch Merkins, Plank Jacks, Mountain Climbers, Superman Stretch. Mosey to Station 1

Station 1 - Abs Circle A

Circle up. Freddie Mercs, Box Cutter, Dying Cockroache, American Hammer all 20 count in cadence. Mosey to Station 2

Station 2 - Pavillion

Find a table. Durkins x 20, Urkins x20, Dips x 10 in cadence, Low Low Slow Flutters, Heals to Heaven from the Floor, Hello Dollys, Superman Stretch. Mosey to Station 3

Station 3 - Abs Circle B

Circle up. LBCs, Rosalita, Homer to Marge, Low Slow Flutter all 20 count in Cadence. Short Mosey to Station 4.

Station 4 - Parking Lot Fun

Line up. Squats x 30 OYO, lung walk to the other side, Squats x 30 OYO, lung walk back

REPEATO (modified slightly for time with some Mohammed Ali, Joe Frasier and Jack Webbs in a Squat Hold position)
