Running in Circles, Picking up Rocks


19 men showed up for some calisthenics at Field of Dreams. What’s there to say?… We did lots of circles around the parking lot. All told, we covered a little over two miles. We also did some creative rock exercises and debated the proper way to do a Dying Cockroach (the Q’s way was correct). And most importantly, we met an FNG. Welcome Kung Pao!

The Thang:

Mosey up hill

Side straddle hop x25

Imperial walker x20

Good Morning

Windmills

Mountain climber x20

Burpees OYO        x5

Mosey back to first parking lot

Partner up

Each partner runs opposite way around circle

When you meet, do 10 hand slap Merkins

Repeat until you’ve done 100 pushups

Mosey to rock pile

Pick up a rock

Circle up

Go around circle and each person calls out an exercise (10 count)

Throw rocks back and mosey back to parking lot

Find your partner from earlier

1 partner does 2 laps around parking lot

Other partner rotates through

10 LBC’s

10 squats

10 Carolina dry docks

Mosey to back to where we started

Circle up
