YHC checked the Q sheet Thursday and no Q had signed up. I was supposed to be out of state this weekend, but those plans got canceled, of course. So, I picked up the Q. Warm-up: We started with the pledge, then 8 boot campers separated off from 4 bruisers / ruckers. We ran from the flag to the kiosk in Bond Park for a little warm-up, basically just stretching with some good mornings, calf-stretch, and arm circles. [Read More]

Antisocial Distance

The original plan for this morning involved some partner work and pull ups, but in keeping with the current SD policy YHC decided to save that workout for a later date. As of Wednesday afternoon YHC had been stuck at home all week without running since Sunday, so the PAX were instructed via pre-blast that we would do some running. Q Week Day 4: FC

Day 4 of 5 of my Q week was set to be the most challenging (to not fartsack that is), the PAX seemed to be in good spirits considering everything going on in the world. YHC & Chanticleer for a safe distance EC run The government (and FUMC) approved 9 PAX showed up for a community safe distance workout. **Warm-UP **We circled up for Good Mornings, Windmill, Steve Earle, Arm Circles, Seal Clap, Overhead Clap, and Plank Jacks. Mosey through the parking lot with some Karaoke and backward running thrown in for fun. **The Thang **Perform called exercises, either OYO of IC.
