Yep, it’s been 3 years of F3 for YHC. I decided to keep this low key, not Q every day of the week, but do a single anniversary Q at the site where I started. My 3 year F3 journey has been epic - I’ve grown in ways I couldn’t imagine. Not just physically but emotionally and in how I relate to and lead others. F3 truly is leadership training thinly disguised as a men’s workout group.

Everyone Has A Plan Until They Get Punched In the Mouth
The title of this BB is a quote from Mike Tyson and it sums up my Q experience this morning quite well. In Carpex we have contingency options for just about every fartsack excuse.
Weight concerns? We have limited and no-run AOs.
Injured? There are a ton of PAX willing to show up early for EC so they can walk with you during the ME for some 2nd F.
M upset about something dumb you said this week?

Hey, Hey What Can I Do
I’ve been back at school for over a week and feeling my age when trying to incorporate technology into remote learning. Not that I’m against it, just takes me a while to learn it and get comfortable using it; kind of like Hermes trying to use Wordpress. That was the spark for tonights workout. The exicon has many exercises named after Boomers and older. The theme was lost on the PAX.

A nice jog and some other things 08/25/20 FWD
Does anyone else have problems Tagging names in this Wordpress? I crank through the list of pax hitting the enter key after each name and inevitably about 25%-50% are mysteriously deleted. How irritating is it that in 2020, there is not a technology available that allows someone to simply create a blog post. At least that dadgum Yosh thing is gone. I guess you get what you pay for.
Alas, i think 2 were there for the EC run and 17 were there for the main event.

Fence Escalators
For the second time in the past two months, YHC needed to carry out my site Q duties at Claymore by stepping in for a last-minute impromptu Q. Frisco had given me a heads up that the VQ he had lined up (no, not Frisco) for today might not show, so there were already some ideas percolating.
It’s 0545, and after pledging allegiance at the shovel flag, we’re off for a slow mosey around the circle.

Motion is lotion.
Got myself in a bit of pickle Friday AM with a unfortunate snooze snafu and rushed time on the throne. Hastily made my way to Green Hope Elementary with two minutes to spare. Seeing the number of pax milling about upon arrival would have King Cooper in a quandary. Luckily for YHC, this big group of gazelles was there for the high tempo Gran Torino beatdown courtesy of GTL that morning.

Time is a flat circle.
YHC’s birthday Q week comes to close at this AO. The Green Mile. Ninety minutes of work and the week is done, on your birthday. Let’s get after it.

A little dark, but you get the idea.
They locked the gates to the track. Bastards. There goes the first Thang planned. But like the strategic analyst I am, primary plans always have secondary, tertiary, and tactical options when confronted with obstacles.
