Big time fail on YHC’s park not getting a photo organized because Saturday’s F3Dads was frighteningly fantastic. Many many dads showed up with what looked like an average 2.3 kids per dad. Salem Park didn’t know what hit it. Picking up a last minute Q from Kitty who unfortunately had to bow out, Rosie the Rivered and I pulled together 45 minutes of fun followed by 15 minutes of COT as we welcomed ~13 FNKs to the mix. Nine men got together for Halloween festivities at Phoenix on Saturday. Glad at least one person got dressed up! Identity Thief It’s too bad he was late… Warm-up: Eight men started off with the Pledge at 6:30AM. QIC: Oofta On his way to BiB this morning, Pierogi began following a silver Prius with an F3 sticker on its back bumper. Piergo assumed he’d follow this Pax right into our parking lot. Not so! YHC celebrates Three Years with F3 today. I had to Q, and Tortoises - where I used to be site Q - was the perfect place for it. My pre-blast promised Threes, Burpees, Merkins, and Music. We accomplished that. Left Cheek and I pulled up at the same time. I hadn’t met him before, but I could tell immediately that he is a HIM. Some workouts seem to focus on one particular thing: today is leg day or arms or abs, etc. I like to do a little bit of everything with a Q, and that’s how this morning went at Point Break. Warm-up: started with the mission of F3 and the pledge, then moseyed across the street to a long parking lot. Stopped for several rounds of some quick feet and curb merkins.
