3 valiant PAX posted yesterday morning in the monsoon. While Jango Fett couldn’t handle the rain, Silver Fox, Deuce, and YHC could. Once we embraced the rain, it all got better…until the workout started. FIA was out in force, we looked pretty pitiful (but fierce) with our small merry band of warriors. Here’s what we did:

Segment the field into 8 parts (each side cut into two parts). Mosey around whole field once,
Sprint Seg. 1, mosey the rest
Spring Seg. 1 & 2, mosey the rest, etc.
First to finish plank jack until the 6 catches up.
0555 - Quick Dora
Run to touch line and back
30 Burpees, 50 Merkins, 80 side lunges (L/R = 2)
0605 - Mosey to pavilion

Mosey to the parking lot barriers for 10 Aussie rules merkins, then on to the Flag
