AO: The Green Mile
Workout Date: 08/14/21
An hour and a half long workout in the middle of Summer sounds like a great plan! We took multiple hydration breaks. Water is important, just ask the guy getting electrocuted in The Green Mile.
Warm Up:
State the mission, check for FNGs(0), and give the disclaimer.
Warm Up exercises
Main Event:
1) 7-11s (Elevens of WW1s and Burpees with 7 Burpees each pass through the middle) in the big parking lot
2) Jack Webbs
3) Mary (Dolly/Homer/Rosalita/heel tap Freddies) – we did Mary here because Water Wings had to leave around the one hour mark
4) Mosey around the football field
5) Rack Em Stack Em around the back parking lot (5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 squats, 20 American Hammers)
6) 10 burpees at the flag to get to 100 total
Mary:
We did Mary in the middle around the one hour mark since Water Wings had to leave early.

Naked Moleskin:
I did not take into account the dip in the parking lot for those 7-11s. Felt like we were in a half pipe.
It was darn hot, we took multiple water breaks.
100 burpees was a bit much, but we were so close, why not?
Coffeeteria always wins.
