Mosey to Whole Foods parking lot.

Run each drive lane in parking lot, 10 burpees at the top, 25 LBCs and 10 Merkins at the bottom.

Mosey to playground area: 15 step downs per leg, 15 backwards lunges each leg, 15 heels to heaven, 15 merkins, Repeat x 4. Steps downs and lunges completed one leg at a time.

To stairs for 100 calf raises

At top of stairs, 25 forward lunges completed one leg at a time.

Back to the flag. Q school Mary led by Memento, Bobby Dahl, and Rock Lobster.

YHC has of late been having a hard time with the Queen, eating tons of crappy foods, generally being out of training rhythm. Thought to consider, “Make sure you eat whole foods that are good for your entire body. This doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy your food or make room for plenty of indulgences. But your conscious goal has to be to eat for long term health and what you do most of the time is what really counts.”
