With the sauce hitting the head a few days earlier while watching the Irish put a hurting on the Wolfpack, YHC raised his hand to grab any Q available… Little did one realize it was Halloween evening… Kids took over Cary as we passed dozens of youngsters dressed for Halloween candy success.

The Thang:
- Rock work: Press, curl, bent wing ext, bent row etc
- Mozy to the longest hill in Cary at the fountain some dips and other along the way
- 7s with Squats and Burpees on the hill
- Mozy back hte long way for Mary
