Pre-Blast

  • 23 Bootcampers and Rucker’s for a record-breaking day at GT. EC runners and ECP as well. 13 Rucker’s. 4.36 mi for the boot camp (by @Chanticleer’s Garmin)

The Warmup

  • Pledge of Allegiance at the flag.
  • Small Group Indian Run around the soccer field and up up to Preston Circle, lap the circle to complete a 1 mile warm up.
  • Circle up for: 10 GM, 10 Windmills, 25 Mt. Climbers - hold for 25 Merkins - hold for 20 Plankjacks - hold for 20 Merkins, 25 SSH.

The Thangs

  • Partner up.

  • Esau’s Mirror: Partner 1 and 2 run in opposite directions around the circle, when you meet perform 1 Burpee; continue to run around the circle, when you meet perform 3 Burpees. Continue to mirror one another running in opposite directions around the circle until you meet 10 times. Increase the Burpee count by two every time you meet so that your last meeting is 19 Burpees. Total, 100 Burpees.

  • 20 Squats as a group.

  • Small Group Indian Run back to the school, stop in the middle of the Figure 8.

  • 7’s on the 8: Run one side of the Figure 8, perform 6 Dying Cockroaches (4 count), run the other side of the Figure 8, perform 1 Jump Squat. Complete the 7’s.

  • Run back to the flag.
