The Thang
Partner up, one partner bear crawls across the shady part of the grassy area and runs back while the other does AMRAP dips, flapjack. Repeato with step-ups. Repeato with irkins. Lap around the courtyard. Repeato replacing bear crawls with lunge walks. Lap around the courtyard. Repeato replacing lunge walks with bear crawls.
Mosey over to the bottom of the parking deck, fellowship run to the top and back down to the bottom, stopping at each end for various exercises, including merkins, squats, carolina dry docks and American hammers.
Mosey back to the pocket park.
