Thang 1
We ran around the pickle with a mixture of karaoke and backward’s running to the corner of Cary Parkway. we proceed 1/2 way up the hill doing 5 merkins at each light pole. We proceeded to do 5 burpee’s OYO while we waited for the 6.
Thang 2
Cross over Cary parkway and thru the business park and up the steps to the back parking lot. Plank hold at the top of the steps followed by 7’s in the back parking LBC’s at the top and Mountain climbers at the bottom.
Thang 3
We circled up for 2 rounds of Circle Burpee’s. round one had us doing squats and round 2 had us doing Mountain climbers.

We moseyed back to the flag and partnered up for a Lazy Dora. 100 merkins, partner 1 does 10 merkins while partner 2 does a plank hold and then switch. 150, LBC’s. Partner 1 does 25 LBC’s while the other does a 6 inch leg hold then switch. 200 squats. Partner 1 does 25 squats while the other does a squat hold.
