Cadence Count Cluster warm up followed by flawless Thangs


The morning may have gotten off to a rocky start but we finished strong by doing over 2 miles and honoring our beloved Bojangles

Warm up  10 Good mornings, followed by  20 or so SSH’s followed by a failed attempt to do imperial walkers in cadence

Thang 1 - Moseyed down to the lower parking lot and did Bojangles with Blueberries. 3 laps around the pickle with 5 burpeee’s after lap 1, 10 burpee’s after lap 2 and 15 burpee’s after lap 3.   totals 30 Burpee’s

Thang  2 - The Slow Jangle with Blueberries  - lunge walk around the pickle with 5 star Jumps after lap 1. We modified after 1/2 of lap 2 and did 10 star jumps.  Totals 15 Star Jumps.

Thang 3  Alligator Merkins two parking spots, bear crawl two parking spots and crab walk two parking spots.  Repeat.

Thang 4 - 2 team Indian run to the top of the hill

Thang 5  - Light Pole’s 5 Turkish get ups, 10 Bobby Hurley’s, 15 Plank Jacks  and 20 Merkins.  we continued this on the next set of light poles and back to where we started.   Totals 20 Turkish Get Ups, 40 Bobby Hurley’s, 60 Plank Jacks & 80 Merkins

Thang 6 - 1 lap around the pickle  with 5 burpee’s OYO.

We proceeded back to the flag for MARY.

Mary consisted of American Hammers, Protractor’s , and a Hi Liter exercise that no one could really do.

Praises - My mother in law is out of the hospital from heart surgery.

Prayers - Chinese Down hill Aunt Ann who is suffering with cancer. Moped’s dad who is suffering with cancer.  My mom who is in the hospital with heart issues and  Hot’s spots daughter that she makes the High School Color guard team
