The Thang
- Yog to the other side of the 64 bridge, pausing for the six and performing 10 of Diamond Merkins, TRSQs, WideGrip Merkins
- Blevens: beginning at the bottom of the S curve, perform a set of sevens across the bridge going to the second turn with SuperMans and LSFs. In the middle of the bridge, every time you cross, perform a BLIMPS: 3 each of burpees, L/R lunges, L/R IW, Merkins, Pull-ups, Squats.
- Indian run back to the flag.
