- Form small groups of 3/4. Small Group Indian Run to the back lot by the circle.
- Circle up for: GM, WM, 10 Penalty Burpees, LBC, Wide Grip Merkins.
The Thang
Small Group Indian Run 7’s: Small Group Indian Run to the top of the hill on the way to the flag, Burpees at the top; Small Group Indian Run back to the circle, Burpees at the bottom. Complete the 7s together.
Do the last set together.
Mosey to the top lot.
