49 Feeling Fine


The scheduled Q, Sooey led with Disclaimer and Pledge.  He then explained that YHC reached out 2 weeks back indicating a BDAY and requesting the Q.  The gift was given.

Warmup:

  • 4 Good Mornings
  • 9 Prisoner Squats
  • 49 side straddle hops

At the Baseball fields: 

  • 9 of Diamonds (9/18/27/36) consisting of merkins, lbcs, starjumps, homer to marge
  • Partner up for suicides. Partner 1 balls to the wall. Partner 2 to mound, 2nd base and center field sign.

Mozy to dam:

  • “9’s” to the stairs and railing area splitting between burpees + mountain climbers
  • Hold for the six w/ 5 Burpees OYO. 

Mozy to the field:

  • 49yd bear crawl with 49yd sprint to the kiosk.  Repeat-o. 

Mozy to the flag for Mary:

  • Boxcutters (Liverpool)
  • Monkey humpers (Loom)
  • Modified “100’s” to 104 out of respect for jerseys #8, #16 and #80 (Young, Montana & Rice)
  • Have a nice day
