- From the center of the Preston RoundAbout, run to the edge of the circle, for 10 Burpees, back to the center, AMRAP Monkey Humpers + 10 exercises. Rotate one hour clockwise in the circle, head back out for 10+20, etc. until the BLIMPS are complete. After each set, return back to the center for AMRAP Monkey Humpers + 10 exercises.
