YHC is honored to celebrate my 3 year anniversary in F3 Carpex! Technically it is Monday 3/18, but work, yada yada yada.. The celebration will continue at DZ on 3/22. Repeato did the 440 EC ruck. Several did the 440 EC run, maybe Largemouth, Build-a-Bear and Ollie. My nantan, Ma Bell was blasting Back in Black by ACDC as he rolled up. He named me by the way. Drew the Back in Black Q for the second time in its short history, and I didn’t quite get to do what I had planned the first time… so after a deeper recon dive, let’s hit it. 8 HIM gathered after the flag, and after a site-Q recommended disclaimer, off we go for a quick lap around the lot enter the Symphony Lake greenway, but then turn left back toward the road cross the street using the crosswalk and circle up in the lot for GM/IW/CP/SM Thang 1 - PARTNER UP! The forecast was calling for a high probability of rain, so the day before YHC scoped out a dry parking garage up the road from the AO Back in Black. No matter the weather, the parking garage was a perfect place for 8 HIM to do some strong work at the earliest AO in Carpex. After the pledge and a botched disclaimer (there were no FNGs anyway, but per Ma Bell via Hermes we’re always supposed to be giving the disclaimer) we warmed up. [Read More]

Date: 2/7/2019 QIC: WWW AO: Back-in-Black PAX: Hermes, FNG High Splits, Hi-Liter, Lightbrite, Swank, Theismann, Texas Ranger, WWW, Yoga Mat I was a little worried about my right knee this morning because I tweaked it posting at FMJ while doing some hill work. Even with two bum knees, I could not let the PAX down and circumsack. Lucky for me, I’m the Q and I can control the mileage. I tested it before start and the pain was not bad enough to bow out.
