Every now and again, you say something that is mean or hurtful or just plain not nice. Today was one of those days. Burpees, Bears, and Blocks! Oh my!

For my VQ, I thought it best to combine some of my least and therefore most memorable workouts over my last six months in F3. The two Q’s who I got the most from was Banjo and Wahoo. These two Q’s provided the inspiration for burpees and blocks. A stroll around the block

An even dozen found their way to the lower parking lot this morning which seems to be the only place we can start Hells Bells now. The top lot is always locked. The day didn’t start just like any other day. The FartShat was oh so close, butt didn’t rear its ugly head till the drive home from work, but that’s another story.
